CHAdeMO To Tesla Adapter is your ideal companion for European, Australian, and Chinese versions of Tesla Model S, Model X, and Model 3 vehicles. Please note that separate adapters are required for North American, Japanese, Australian, and Chinese versions.

For Model S without Supercharging enabled, you must activate onboard hardware to use the CHAdeMO adapter. However, every new Model S or Model X already comes Supercharging enabled. For Model 3 compatibility, ensure you have firmware version 2019.24.1 or later installed.

Follow these simple steps for a smooth charging experience:

Plug in the CHAdeMO adapter end of the cable to the charging station.

Connect the Type 2 end of the cable to your car's charging socket.

When the cable clicks securely in place, you're ready for the charge*.

*Don't forget to activate the charging station.

Upon completing your charge, remember to disconnect the vehicle side first and then the charging station side. Always remove the cable from the charging station when it's not in use.

The CHAdeMO To Tesla Adapter features a status light to keep you informed. Under normal conditions, when it's receiving power from the charging station, the green LED lights up. During charging, the LED flashes green.

If your Tesla vehicle encounters issues while using the CHAdeMO adapter, check your vehicle's display for error information. Additionally, always verify the status of the charging station. While the CHAdeMO adapter is designed to work with most CHAdeMO charging stations, compatibility may vary with some models.
